Work we will not quote
Not because it is not worth doing — because it is not ours to do. We will tell you who to call.
Electrical and plumbing
Licensed trades. We do not take on electrical work, and we do not advertise it. We frame so those trades can run their services cleanly.
Engineering and permits
Stamped structural design, architectural drawings and permit applications come from your engineer, designer or municipality.
Excavation, foundations and concrete
We start where the concrete stops. Framing sits on someone else's foundation and we will tell you if it is not right to build on.
Asbestos and designated substances
Older houses need a survey before demolition. Abatement is specialist, regulated work and it happens before we start.
